“Martha Blah Blah” by Susan Meddaugh has to be one of my all-time favorites to read to my kids, about a dog who after eating alphabet soup learns how to speak.
“If Dogs Ruled the World” by Faith McNulty is about when dogs and humans change places and what would happen if dogs ruled the world.
